You will contribute to our success by:
- Coordinating launches and managing campaigns: You manage campaigns and monitor as well as report their performances based on advertisers' needs to assure delivery and uncover opportunities to drive better performance.
- Being an advisor: You set expectations and share best practices with advertisers.
- Taking a consultative approach: You conduct quarterly business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients; in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Understanding your clients: You develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them. You identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell campaigns and products to drive account growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborating cross-functionally: You collaborate with multiple internal teams including Sales, Automotive, Tech, Marketing & Strategy to shape ongoing product developments and provide market feedback.
- Supporting your team: Together with your colleagues you work on pre-sale research, case studies, creative seasonal and industry insights.
What makes you stand out:
- You completed a master's degree in Management or a related field.
- This is an entry level position - You have between 0 to 3 years of experience. Experience in Ad Tech account management would be a Plus
- You have a self-motivated mindset and enjoy to be challenged and learn continuously.
- You are an organization-expert with attention to detail and time management skills.
- You are an excellent communicator with presentation skills and are able to solve problems with creativity.
- You are able to take on a consultative approach with the ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements.
- You like to take the data-driven approach with the ability to analyze, identify insights, review results, and propose recommendations.
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English. French, Italian or Spanish would be a big Plus.
