You will contribute to our success by:
- Qualifying new business opportunities: You will strategically target local players and leading brands across a wide range of industries and verticals to generate leads and fuel our revenue growth.
- Researching market developments: You will identify customer needs whilst staying up to date with the latest market trends, occurrences, and movements.
- Developing and enhancing our processes: You independently create sales pitch decks according to our customer needs and continuously update them according to our latest product features.
- Identifying relevant decision-makers: You build your own sales strategies using tools like Salesforce and identify as well as approach attractive business partners.
- Inspiring the generated leads: You consult new leads about our product by asking the right question, competitively position our offerings, handle initial objections and therefore, establish the foundation of a successful cooperation.
- Collaborating accross teams: You will work closely accross various teams to generate leads, network and create marketing material.
What makes you stand out:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
- Passion and relevant experience in Marketing/Advertising, for example from previous roles, your field of study or internships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset and knowledge of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
